Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MarketFloor, you confirm that you

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Provided

• MarketFloor is a trading and investment journal platform that enables users to track trades, analyze performance, and manage financial data.
• No Investment Advice
  MarketFloor does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The Services are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Third-Party Analytics MarketFloor uses Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. This helps improve functionality, but we do not track personal browsing behavior outside of MarketFloor.

Account Registration & Security

To use MarketFloor, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• No Investment Advice
  MarketFloor does not provide financial, Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to abuse our Services.

Subscription, Payments & Affiliate Program

A. Free Trial and Subscription Payments

• MarketFloor offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged.
• After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• If you cancel your subscription after being charged, your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused features.

B. Payment Processing (Stripe)

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MarketFloor does not store your payment details—Stripe handles all payment transactions per their Privacy Policy.
• You agree to provide a valid payment method for recurring charges, if applicable.

C. Billing & Auto-Renewals

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You authorize MarketFloor to charge your selected payment method.

D. Affiliate Program & Payouts (Reflio)

MarketFloor offers an affiliate program managed through Reflio.

• Commissions, referrals, and payouts are processed through Reflio’s platform, which operates independently from MarketFloor.
• Participation in the affiliate program is subject to Reflio’s terms and compliance policies.
• MarketFloor is not responsible for delayed payouts, tracking discrepancies, or any technical issues within Reflio.

Affiliate payments are managed solely by Reflio and not MarketFloor. Any issues related to commission tracking or payouts must be resolved directly with Reflio support.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use MarketFloor for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Share, resell, or distribute any part of the Services.
• Interfere with the platform’s functionality or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Violations may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on MarketFloor, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, software, analytics tools, and statistical models, is owned by MarketFloor or its licensors.

Google Analytics Data
MarketFloor uses aggregated, anonymized analytics data to improve its services. By using MarketFloor, you acknowledge and consent to this usage.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Disclaimers & No Investment Advice

• MarketFloor does not provide investment advice or recommendations.
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or analytics provided.

Limitation of Liability

MarketFloor is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount you have paid for your subscription (if applicable).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Data Retention
If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
• For international users: Local laws may apply where mandatory consumer protection laws exist.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MarketFloor after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
