• Brokerage Integrations: If you connect MarketFloor to a brokerage API (e.g., SnapTrade), we may receive trading and financial data.
• Payment Processing (Stripe): Payments are securely processed through Stripe. MarketFloor does not store credit card details—all transactions are handled by Stripe per their Privacy Policy.
• Affiliate Program (Reflio): If you participate in our affiliate program, we use Reflio to track referrals and process commissions. Reflio may collect referral activity, payout details, and IP addresses for fraud prevention. Your use of our affiliate program is subject to Reflio's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes

• To Provide & Improve Services: Ensuring accurate trade tracking, analytics, and platform functionality.
• To Communicate With You: Sending account updates, service notifications, and marketing emails (you can opt out).

Refund Policy

MarketFloor offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.

After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law . If you cancel your subscription after being charged, your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused features.

Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for:

• Providing services to you.
• Compliance with legal or tax requirements.
